Juana is a very knowledgeable human. I scheduled a series of massages because I had been hiking 30 miles weekly and my body didn’t want to let my muscles relax. I’m 5 massages in and feel immeasurably better. I will continue to get them at least biweekly from now on. She is a fount of knowledge about all things body.
